Panama Cocktail Lab 2018

Ustedes saben que a mi me encanta un buen trago, es por eso que estoy fascinado con el Cocktail Week. Si no saben de qué hablo déjenme explicarles: es una semana en la que los mejores restaurantes/bares de Panamá se reúnen para crear propuestas exclusivas para que todxs sus comensales disfruten a un precio de $7. I KNOW! $7!!

Algunos de estos bares son: Bottle Alley, Malo, 5inco, Casa Jaguar, Brutto, Azahar, El Viejo Santana, La Central, el Hotel W (uno de mis favoritos), Makoto, Tio Navaja con su bar MULA (otro de mis favoritos), el bar Numen del hotel La Concordia y Wall Street Bar & Lounge. Y fueron estos mismos los que se reunieron en el Living Room del W Hotel para el Cocktail Lab en el que se podían probar todos los cocktails que participaban del Cocktail Week en un solo lugar.

Mis favoritos definitivamente fueron: el Sereno Romero (Whisky Bulleit Bourbon, macerado de miel, romero y canela) de Numen, el Caribe N1 (Vodka Kettel One, Vermouth Rosso, bitters de naranja, jalea de mango y piña, y jugo de limón) de MULA – Tío Navaja y el Tiny Collins (Gin Tanqueray Ten, zumo de toronja, canela, club soda y albhaca) del W Hotel.

Tienes hasta el 31 de agosto para disfrutar del Cocktail Week, con goma o sin goma, la fiesta sigue ;)

You know I love my drinks and my cocktails more than anything in this world, and that’s the reason why I’ve been so fucking happy (no pun intended) this week ‘cause COCKTAIL WEEK IS HERE! Just in case you have zero idea what I’m talking about, Cocktail Week is an initiative that looks to upscale the art of mixology in our city by gathering the best bars which will formulate special drinks just for this week which you can enjoy for just $7!

Yes, I said it right. SEVEN FUCKING DOLLARS.

And these were some of the bars that assembled in the Living Room of the W Hotel for the third Cocktail Lab, a party with all of the bars in the same place, at the same time. Some of my favorite cocktails were: Sereno Romero (Whisky Bulleit Bourbon, macerated honey, rosemary and cinnamon) de Numen, el Caribe N1 (Vodka Kettel One, Vermouth Rosso, orange bitters, mango and pineapple jam, and lemon juice) de MULA – Tío Navaja and el Tiny Collins (Gin Tanqueray Ten, grapefruit juice, cinnamon, club soda and basil) del W Hotel.
